The Washington Wizards are geared to have a good season only if some key changes are made before the season starts. In the 2007-2008 NBA seasons the Washington Wizards was the third worst team. The Washington Wizards have to step up this season and show their fans that they can be a competitive team for the NBA championship.   Coach Eddie Jordan has to stress better offense and defense from his team and better play from his big three or they will be in the same position as they were in the 2007-2008 season.

The key this seasons for the 2008-2009 Washington Wizards are the big three players.  First, point guard Gilbert Arenas must stay healthy, take better shots and step up and be a true leader for his team.  Secondly, the team must play better offense, put points on the board and not turn the ball over.  The Wizards bench must score and play sound defense when their key players and taking a rest.  The Washington Wizards overall defense must have a substantial amount of rebounds, steals and the Wizards have to control the courts to create a better positive outlook on the team's success.  

The outlook for the 2008-2009 Washington Wizards has everything to do with the team itself.  The Wizards must come together as a team to achieve success and a winning season.  Only a group of NBA players known as the Washington Wizards can positively let their fans know if the teams season will have a championship lined up at the end of the year.
